Acceptance of Terms

User Responsibilities

Users are also prohibited from sharing, selling, or transferring their account to any other party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the termination of the account in question.
Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4g91 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not directly accept or process payments in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is solely the user's responsibility.
Deposits made into a 4g91 account are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction. 4g91 is not liable for any losses arising from errors in transaction details entered by the user.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification and compliance with relevant account requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change.
4g91 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity, without prior notice to the user concerned.
Liability Limits and Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 4g91 support team. Any valid account balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures, subject to any required investigation.

Intellectual Property
